The Training comprises a 2-day workshop based around the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) Improvement Process. The first day uses an interactive sessions to provide overview of the DMAIC process and how it can benefit a business. The second day concentrates on the role of a Champion and the process for selecting projects. It also describes the characteristics of a good Six Sigma project. The responsibility and approach to monitoring projects is covered and there is time allocated for individual discussion of suitable projects.
This course provides a route for moving from being a team member towards gaining some of the skills required to become a project manager.
Who should attend this course?
People who have already achieved yellow belt status in a company that has a reasonably sophisticated Six Sigma capability. This course is not available to individuals, only corporate customers.

This is an efficient way to move towards Green Belt status if you are already a competent Yellow Belt. This programme includes tutored training that focuses on the tools and techniques that any Green Belt should understand and be able to use. It includes the fundamentals of Six Sigma framework variation, processes and roles. Additionally the course covers team working, process and waste management, data collection, monitoring and control whilst also providing an overview of the statistical tools used in DMAIC.
