Vibration Analysis is a predictive maintenance method which will allow early problem detection in rotating machinery such as gearboxes, fans, shafts, motors, compressors, pumps, mixers, driers and pretty much any type of active machinery.
It will identify component faults such as defective bearings and misalignment, and allow you to take maintenance action before a failure in-service brings your plant to a halt. Our team of engineers provide a UK-wide coverage of customer sites and use the most technologically advanced CSI data collectors to capture vibration readings from plant machinery.
The data is then uploaded to Monition HQ where a team of engineering experts analyse and report on thousands of vibration readings every year.
Our engineers are fully accredited in compliance with current H&S regulations and safe-working practice. Accreditations include IOSH and PTS and are available for inspection upon request.

We provide our customers with a report that clearly presents the results of the vibration analysis surveys.
And, we will also provide the relevant information to maintenance personnel that not only indicates the 'as is' condition of a plant, but will also recommend areas for root-cause and process improvements.
