Decision Making.
A key element of leadership is managing complexity and ambiguity. In complexity, behaviours matter as much as technical competence, and affect successful decision making.
This workshop explores, through a highly interactive case study based on the NASA Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, what leaders can do to ensure the reduction of ambiguity and risk in a complex environment, and ensure successful outcomes.
This workshop requires the availability of computers i.e. laptops, to run the case study software on.
