Through continuous improvement in respect to health and safety in all projects, regardless of their value or location, we ensure compliance with UK legislative and site SH&E requirements.
We employ and manage third-party contractors to ensure on-time project delivery in accordance with Monition and Client specifications and standards.
Communication is key in any partnership, which is why Monition place so much value on regular project status communications with our clients. This will include monthly reporting on project costs, cost forecasting and the reporting of project metrics.
In addition, we utilise our very own MP2 web-based project management software, to highlight critical path activities in a timely manner to the project sponsors.
Monition manage project handovers by incorporating the project into customer systems including, technical libraries, drawings, spare parts and site-specific training programmes.
We provide a technical support after-service and maintenance contract to our completed projects, in order to ensure that all system elements installed work in accordance with both our and our client’s standards.
Additionally, upon completion, we can provide supplementary services to maximise the efficiency of newly installed condition monitoring systems, such as vibration data analysis, lubrication services, smart PMs and many more.
