With over 25 years’ experience at the forefront of Reliability and Asset Management development, Mike has steered Monition to become a leading independent Condition Monitoring, Plant Reliability and Process Improvement Company.
Altogether, Mike has amassed over 40 years industry experience, principally as an Electrical Engineer in the development and implementation of computerised delivery systems for British Coal.
Alistair joined the Monition team in January 2016 as Senior Analyst, and is an apprentice trained mechanical fitter with some electrical training and with more than twenty-seven years of experience. Alistair is proficient in the testing, installing, maintaining and examining a range of mechanical plant having worked on conveyors, locomotives, and heavy coal face machinery.
Alistair was previously the condition monitoring controller for a deep mine, having overall responsibility for the site condition monitoring for over eleven years involving vibration analysis, thermal imaging, thickness testing and oil analysis.
